I didn’t even notice the girl in the background at first. But when I did, the scale became obvious—and this became that much more awesome.
Two days ago, I sat down to work on a small feature in Spendly. After spending nearly three hours, I still had not finished the task. Last night, I sat down with no real intention to work, but ended up finishing the feature in less than 20 minutes. It’s amazing how the human brain works.

New game called Split/Second features a innovative new style for its in-game HUD. Normally in video games, the stats, meters, and other UI elements live on the edges of the screen. In Split/Second, they become part of your car. Check out the video at Kotaku, to see it in action.
Impressive. I love that your TV will be dominated by the action on the screen, and not by the secondary HUD.
