It’s inevitable; At the end of every week, I feel like such a slacker. Like I didn’t do a single thing all week.
And then, every Monday, I write a list of the things I accomplished last week. Working at Automattic makes this super easy. I just look through any posts I made on WordPress.com and my code commits in a couple of Trac installs. It takes about 20 minutes, and I always feel better about the previous week, and anxious for the week to come.
I built three of these “floating” shelves based on some plans I found online. Only two of them made the cut, and made it on to the living room wall. They haven’t fallen down yet, so I’m calling in a success.
Spendly started out as an iPhone app that I designed. The app launched to some mild success, but was never updated. It has since been removed from the App Store. You can see some concepts for a v2 of the iPhone app above.
Spendly.com is now a web app for basic budget and expense tracking.
Spendly is for sale. Please contact me if your interested.
