The L5 iPhone Remove (via Uncrate | L5 iPhone Remote | Uncrate) seems incredibly wonky, unusable, and ugly. Have you ever tried to hit a button on your iPhone without looking at it? Its nearly impossible. Apple’s Remote app tries to solve this by letting you navigate the AppleTV using swiping gestures—even that isn’t a great experience. I prefer real buttons to a touch interface. However the Wii takes a different approach (motion+buttons), and it works incredibly well.
